A pattern that has come back around again, and this time you do not want to wait it out.
A decision that will not resolve in the mind, no matter how many times you turn it.
A threshold you are standing at: a beginning, an ending, a becoming.
Grief, anger, or fear that has never had a room to be in.
The sense that something is asking to be heard, and no language for it yet.
A first meeting with this work, before deciding on the longer path.

You have done inner work, and are ready to go deeper.
You are drawn to embodiment and shadow work as a practice, not a concept.
You are willing to be honest, including about the parts that are not flattering.
You want to feel at home within yourself and trust your own sovereign authority.
You are tired of performing, and you are not looking for a spiritual identity.

You want to feel at home within yourself and trust your own sovereign authority.
You are tired of performing, and you are not looking for a spiritual identity.
You are looking for a quick fix or a single session to resolve everything.
You are unwilling to question the stories and beliefs you have come to hold as true.
You are not ready to meet yourself with honesty when something uncomfortable arises.
You want someone else to give you the answers or do the work for you.
Sessions run up to ninety minutes and are held virtually. It begins as a conversation and moves into whatever the session asks for: inquiry, movement, voice, breath, or stillness. It is interactive throughout. Nothing is done to you, and you are never asked to go somewhere you are not ready to go.
The shadow is simply the parts of yourself you learned to hide, judge, or set aside, usually for good reason at the time. Shadow work is the practice of turning toward those parts rather than away, meeting them honestly, and discovering what they have been protecting. It is not dramatic. It is mostly tender.
If you are carrying one specific thing right now, begin with a single session. If you recognize a pattern that has been with you for years, the five stage journey is built for exactly that arc. Either way, a single session is a complete beginning and nothing is lost by starting there.
The aim is not insight in the room. It is capacity outside of it. Most people notice it first in the small moments: a pause where there used to be a reaction, a conversation that does not spiral, an evening where the inner critic is quieter than usual. You leave with practices you can use on your own, which is the point.
Some grounding helps. This work goes deep quickly, and it tends to land best for people who have already done some inner work and are ready to move underneath it. If you are unsure, book a discovery call and Mary will tell you honestly.
No. The Divine Mother is a presence recognized across many traditions and belonging to none of them exclusively. You do not need to hold any particular belief to sit in this work. Your sovereignty is honored at every turn, and nothing is asked of your faith.
Life moves. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least twenty four hours notice, directly through your confirmation email. The five session journey is held across five to seven weeks to leave room for exactly this.
